The science of sound and its effects on mind, brain and body is nothing new.

Gregorian and Tibetan chants, indigenous drums and dancing, even the music of great composers. All of these human works have utilized sound as a medium for enhancing the experience of the mind.

We’re all familiar with how a beautiful piece of slow music can relax us, and how a fast, energetic piece can motivate and excite. The human mind works in rhythms and frequencies that ‘primitive’ cultures have been aware of for centuries before modern science caught on.

inmindmotion.com takes the ancient and well-known ability of sound and music to affect the mind and couples it with modern technology to provide audios to help with specific problems. Click here to see what issues we can help with!

It’s insidious, it creeps up on you, you may not even realize you’re doing it. It affects you and the quality of your life to a great degree. It causes stress, failure, feelings of dissatisfaction, and disempowerment.

In short, it sucks.

Why do we do it? Is the short-term pleasure we gain from putting things off – from watching TV, playing Wii, mindlessly surfing the internet worth the long-term harm we do to ourselves by putting off the things which are truly important?

Motivational speakers or life coaches can be an excellent source of inspiration, ideas and positivity.  Seminars of a few hours or a few days can be a great way to forget about the stresses of every day life for a while, absorb some passion and positivity, and hopefully pick up a trick or two for dealing with the issues that are biggest to you.

Some of the best life coaches offer incredible life wisdom, and if you have the dedication to apply the principles they teach, then spending your time and (generally a lot of) money on one of these seminars is a great idea.
