How can I listen to these audios?

All audios are provided in mp3 format. Your computer will be able to play them, as will any of the many popular mp3 players currently on the market, including the iPod.  If you've ever bought music online, or downloaded free music, then you've already done everything you need to do to listen to these audios.

When will I receive my audios?

Immediately! Once you've selected the audios you want and gone through the checkout process you'll be redirected to a page to download them all immediately. You'll also be sent the links to your email address.

How do the audios work? Are they like hypnosis?

The short answer is that session audios are not at all related to hypnosis. Rewire audios use some of the same suggestability and visualisation techniques, but you do not surrender control to another person. The rewire audios entrain your mind into a suggestible state at which point suggestions, affirmations and visualisations are used to un-stifle your mind and create new, positive beliefs.  Everything's explained in How does it work?

Do the audios contain subliminal messages?

No. Absolutely no subliminal techniques are used in any of the audios.  Subliminal techniques haven't been proven to be effective, and we strongly believe that you should be aware of what you're listening to.

How is effectiveness measured?

Brainwave entrainment has been successful on such a wide variety of issues that sometimes new and wonderful applications are found for it - but some of these new applications just don't have the research and evidence behind them yet. The prices are in 2 different currencies?

If you are viewing this site from outside of the UK, you will notice that the price looks something like  £4.95 ($9.70). The second price is an approximate conversion of the actual price in UK pounds into your local currency. This is for your convenience. The actual price you will be charged may vary slightly, as different credit card companies will have variations in their foreign exchange rates.

Will these audios work for me if my native language is not english?

All of the session audios will work for anyone. They contain no speech at all, and will work equally well no matter what language you speak.  The rewire audios contain affirmations, visualisations and other techniques designed to affect massive change. You will need to be quite comfortable with english for them to have their desired effect - as you'll be listening to them in a state of deep relaxation - even sleep, so it's important that you are comfortable listening to and understanding english.

Can I do something else while listening to the audios?

Yes. You cannot drive, or operate machinery, but reading, studying, office work, house work, shopping, exercising, etc. - all of these are fine.  Of course, if you're listening to an audio designed to relax you - it's best if you don't engage in a fast-paced sport or game. Likewise, listening to the Motivator track whilst trying to fall asleep isn't recommended!  A little bit of common sense here goes a long way.

It is best to be doing nothing much else when listening to rewire audios. They should be listened to at night before going to bed, or early in the morning before getting up, although if you find you can listen to them whilst doing other activities, then go ahead. The more often you listen to them, the faster they'll work.

Should I choose the headphones required or the headphone-free version?

If you plan on listening to the audios with your mp3 player - choose the headphones required version. These versions are generally more effective.  If you want to listen to them through your stereo or otherwise through speakers, then choose the headphone-free version.  Generally, using headphones is preferable for a few reasons; it blocks out the noise in your environment more effectively, so there's less interference with the frequencies. A good set of headphones is relatively inexpensive compared to a good stereo and speakers, so it's easier and cheaper to get high-fidelity sound quality - for maximum effectiveness. 

It comes down to how you plan to use it. If you already have a stereo capable of playing mp3s and you want to use that while being free of headphones, the headphone-free audios are very effective.  On the other hand, if you own an mp3 player or ipod, get the generally more effective 'headphones required' versions so the audios are with you when you need them - at home, at the office, or even at the in-laws!

Also, it's worth noting that not all of the audios are available in headphone free versions. Some of the session audios, and all of the rewire audios are only available for use with headphones.

Can I buy a regular CD, have it delivered, and listen to it on my normal stereo?

Currently inmindmotion.com does not ship regular CDs, although if that is of interest to you, please let us know.  We are looking at ways to offer economical CD production and shipping in Canada, the USA, the UK, and Europe.

Does the quality of my stereo, speakers or headphones make a difference?

Sure. Regardless of the quality of your equipment, you will benefit from the audios, but the truer the sound reproduction, the more pleasant and more effective the experience. You don't need the latest and greatest - but a good, solid set of headphones is a worthwhile investment.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. We offer a 90 day full money back guarantee. All we ask is that you try the audios for at least a month - sometimes it takes a couple of uses before you notice the change. In the case of rewire audios - it will generally take a couple of weeks of nightly listening to start to notice the change.
