Set yourself free - weaken that caffeine, tobacco, alcohol or drug dependency. It works by promoting mid-level brain frequencies that are characteristically low in dependent individuals.
It has been found that people with addictive personalities have low activity in the Alpha region. One study yielded a 70% success rate in a three year follow-up. Henry Adams, Ph.D., of NIMH and head of the alcoholism programs at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Washington, found that alcoholics showed a 55% decreases in alchohol consumption after a single relaxation session combined with a brief anti-alcohol suggestion.
How To Use:
Listen to whenever you feel the need for alcohol, cigarettes or drugs. Repeated listening is recommended.
Repeated listening (guideline: 5-7 times a week for a month) can also increase your brain's ability to produce these brainwaves on its own - reducing the root cause of needing and wanting substances.
You can listen to this audio while performing other tasks (but not while driving).
