Motivational speakers or life coaches can be an excellent source of inspiration, ideas and positivity. Seminars of a few hours or a few days can be a great way to forget about the stresses of every day life for a while, absorb some passion and positivity, and hopefully pick up a trick or two for dealing with the issues that are biggest to you. Some of the best life coaches offer incredible life wisdom, and if you have the dedication to apply the principles they teach, then spending your time and (generally a lot of) money on one of these seminars is a great idea. However, life coaches fall down in one area – they rely on the participant remaining motivated and committed long after they leave the seminar. Many don’t. Unfortunately, except for the super-rich who can afford a series of personal one-on-one sessions with the coach to provide the motivation to stay on track, there is little for the participant to rely on after the seminar except his or her own dedication. All too often these seminars, which may feature concert-like entertainment like fireworks whip the participants into an emotional feel-good frenzy of desire and excitement. They leave feeling like they’re riding on wings, and promise themselves big changes. For some, for the committed, they may achieve those big, important, life-long positive changes. For others though, upon arriving home, life’s other concerns and issues soon cause them to forget about the things they have learnt. They find they don’t have the time to apply the new concepts, that their friends and family may not share their enthusiasm, and that the fire to self-improve and use the techniques learnt dies away after a few short-lived attempts at implementing them. These people may remember the seminar fondly, and even speak highly of it, but they have not enacted any life-long positive changes from attending it. inmindmotion.com audios work for everyone because they don’t end after a few hours, or a weekend. They are always there for you. They don’t require time, dedication or a constant fire to self-improve. All the rewire audios require is that you put your headphones on and listen to them every night as you fall asleep. The session audios are even simpler - just listen to as and when needed. Use the rewire audios for around a month to internalise them. Smaller issues may require only a couple of weeks. Severe issues perhaps 2 or 3 months. Times vary for each person, and for each issue. After this initial period, it may be beneficial to listen to the audio again once or twice a month for a few more months until you know the new belief or outlook is a rock-solid part of who you are now. They’re more economical than a seminar, they target the specific issue you wish to work on, and they are effective without requiring constant monitoring and commitment on your part. And once you have an audio – it is always there for you to go back to should something occur in life that weakens the new positive belief. |
