Do you sometimes find yourself saying things that annoy or anger others? Do you want to soften up that edge and become more likeable? This hour long audio promotes confidence, thinking and speaking positively, living in the moment, forgiveness and generally how to relax, chill and become a nicer person. This audio ramps you down to Theta - the frequency of highest suggestibility - the same one you enter during hypnosis, or first thing in the morning or last thing at night. That stage where sometimes you're not sure if you're asleep or awake. It uses a combination of visualisations, affirmations and other techniques after a short induction to REWIRE your subconscious mind. The concept behind all REWIRE audios is that repetitive listening to positive outcomes, visualisations, suggestions and affirmations will affect your subconscious beliefs which may have been put there unconsciously whilst growing up, or as a reflexive action to some sort of negative stimulus. These audios counteract that and provide you with new, positive beliefs. How these audios work is explained in a lot more detail in these two articles - How Does It Work? and Delving Into Your Inner Self
How To Use:
Listen to this audio every night as you fall asleep. If that isn't convenient for you, you may listen to it every morning when you first wake up instead - or at both times for accelerated effect. These audios have a cumulative effect - the more you listen to them the more effective they are. Generally, nightly listening for a month is a good guideline for most issues. You may notice positive effects after as little as a week or two - but even greater positive effects will be seen if you continue. After a length of time (results vary, but generally 1-2 months) the cumulative effects begin to get much smaller. At that point, you may discontinue use, using the audio only once or twice per month as a 'top-up' until your new beliefs are fully ingrained in who you are. Listen to as you fall asleep or just after you wake up. You should not be performing any other activities while listening to this audio. Falling asleep while listening to the audio is okay, and is to be expected. |
